What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you visit this site you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you actively choose to disclose ("Active Information") through making a purchase or contacting us, and use information collected, in a way not visible to you, on an aggregate anonymous basis as you and others browse this site ("Passive Information").

Active information you disclose for purchase.

If you make a purchase from this site we collect your name, billing address, billing phone number, email and credit card information. We use such information only for processing your order and to contact you via email if you indicated that you wished to receive an email notification of updates. Your complete order details including credit card number are not stored on this site. We have gone through great lengths to develop an exclusive, private, offshore payment gateway solution to protect your anonymity.


Warranty and Maintenance Agreements

All warranties on hardware are for 60 days from date of purchase. We do not provide refunds. Rather, we will only exchange defective merchandise.

1. Choose your courier of choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
2. Insert your product needing repair or services.
3. Apply our MAILING address to your shipment:

Please send us an email to obtain our return address. Use "return" as the subject of your email.
1. Fill in the appropriate customs forms as follows:

Description of Package: Defective Merchandise for Repair
Value of Package: $12
Country of Origin: Bahamas

2. Send us an email that includes the following:

a) Your full name
b) Your non P.O. box return shipping address
c) The product and quantity being returned
d) The tracking number of the return

All shipments to us must have a tracking number.

We have no responsibility for your package until it arrives in our hands and we have signed for it. If any of the above conditions are not met, your package will be refused. If your package arrives at our warehouse with any duties or taxes (C.O.D), you package will be refused. If your merchandise is tested, and deemed in proper working order, it will only be returned to you upon receipt of $100 return shipping.

Please give us 15 working days from the time we receive your parcel to the time that we send it back out to you.
